It is the first day of the New Year 2011!This is a small oil on canvas of our clematis in flower I painted last year in July. By early spring the first blossoms will appear and I can't wait.
It is a sunny day today and very cold with the artic air above us creating clear visibility. Those beautiful mountain ranges really look pretty with their recent snowfall.
