The Wild Carpeted Violets of Bamberton Forest 2016

The earthen treads among the soil stands,
Of glorious coloured violets and laughing eyes so bright,
From where the earth looks backup and seems to smile,
In this cool spring of our enchanted love,
Spend these calm moments wanting not but needing more,
And long before we saw, joyous fawn lilies so pink yet some to creamy white,
Many were found but lost for today's spring beauties praised,
Into our dear hearts and back to their resting place,
Please lay down behind this forest of serene silence,
Until wild violets with almost blue cast awaken you,
For you're so real, than the look of that sky that may not be true,
Never, if we dare too desire those earthen plaits so vibrant to bare,
We love this inviting forest with floral carpets so bold,
Thus, the living petals so bright and sweetly behold.
