Thank you very much for leaving a comment on my blog. I was very happy to read it. I have been looking at some of your art and I also think that your art is interesting. Especially these tree photos are inspiration for me since I've studied trees most of my life.
Hi Mokkihewa, Thanks for your visit and comment and I'm happy you liked these watercolour paintings of our garden trees. It was painted in January 1980 with a lot of brush detail of our chestnut tree with all that heavy wet snow. Even the scan turned out pretty!
You are very welcome. I am very impressed that this is actually a watercolour painting. I was almost sure it was a photograph and also edited beautifully through Photoshop. It is extremely amazing, you could paint this. As I said, it really looks like it is the real thing in front of you. You shall be very proud of your art. It is a great honor to speak with a talented artist like you.
Welcome to Richardson Art Gallery
Dear Friends,
Thank-you for visiting Richardson's Art Gallery site. I'm a true believer of Nature as one of Gods gift's to us all.
I'm addicted to immersing myself in the glorious Canadian landscapes of the backcountry, forests, marshlands, trails, beaches and even the abundance of parklands in my Westcoast backyard.
As a self-taught artist I'm constantly exploring, learning, enjoying and creating my compositions. Please enjoy and endulge yourselves in the equilibrium of the Expressionistic Impressions of my feelings and emotions of this beautiful country.
Please-when you venture out into Nature, inhabit and stop to view the landscape and terrain about you and think of your fellow Man and how lucky we all are....And your Soul will soar toward a newer seeing of Peace.
Thank-You.
