Today after over a month the rain finally came. On the westcoast summer was lovely but very dry and the precipitation was much needed.We have tomato plants growing below the kitchen window and the fruit are beginning to ripen.
I love the scent of rain and how it revives the flowers and plants; hours have passed and even the brilliant greens of the new grasses have began showing through.
